The hotel offers clean rooms with little balconies, great facilities, and a modern look but is a bit far from bentota town. The service was fantastic, with dedicated staff members named Saman and Saminda. The dining experience was varied and enjoyable, but some may find it not up to standard at times.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with individual balconies that are very clean and spacious, providing a good view of the garden. Despite being busy during meal times, I had a good stay overall. The service was exceptional, particularly from Saman and Saminda who went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of. However, we experienced being overcharged heavily for a taxi to our next destination and encountered some rudeness which left a bad first impression. The location was excellent, close to the beach and other amenities, making it a convenient choice for a relaxing stay. The dining experience was impressive with a wide variety of delicious dishes available. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms opened into a lovely garden area, perfect for kids to play around, and the view from the balcony was delightful. The dining options were satisfying, but some dishes could have been better. The location, right by the beach, was a highlight for a family holiday.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although quite nice with a fantastic balcony, had some serious cleanliness issues with mosquitoes everywhere, dirty bedding, and towels. However, there were some uncomfortable moments with inappropriate comments. The location, about 84 km from Colombo, offers a marvelous setting for relaxation, especially with the attentive night duty manager and assistant front office Manager. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, the facilities were good, but some improvements are needed in hygiene standards.
